I appreciated the great location, providing quick access to various attractions. A bus to the airport was only a short, three-minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and always helpful with directions and advice. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was nice (a small detail, but it made a difference).
The see-through toilet and shower design could pose a problem for families needing privacy.

The location offered very easy access to public transport. I could buy GVB tickets right at the reception desk. My room included a safe. The hotel provides free drinks in the foyer each morning (a very nice touch!).
The frosted glass bathroom walls are something to consider if you are sharing the room with a friend. It can be a little awkward, but easily managed if you're aware of it.
